SCENARIO APPROACH IN PROCESS DESIGN AND MODIFICATION OF BUSINESS MODELS IN CREATIVE INDUSTRY
Abstract
The article presents the issue of the application of scenario approach to design business models in the creative industries. Creative industries have a dynamic nature which allow the use of multiple solutions based on a number of scenarios. The article presents the possibility of applying the scenario approach in the design and modification of business models. It pointed out the advantages but also limitations the application of scenario approach in the context of the specific nature of creative industries. In the practical part was presented some possible scenarios for the selected activities in the creative industries.
