For all articles published in REME, copyright is retained by the authors. From 2021 articles are licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, meaning that anyone may download and read the paper for free.
Plan S requirements - Go ahead and submit. Remember to select a CC BY licence to ensure compliance.
