IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS OF ANDON SYSTEM IN INDUSTRIAL PLANTS
Abstract
The article presents the issues concerning the implementation of engineering projects relating to the implementation of the Andon system in companies of various industries. The implementation project of Andon system has been developed for Polish business conditions. It is addressed to persons employed on decision-making worksites in manufacturing companies looking for solutions to support a program of improving performance of production system. The implementation project of Andon system consists of several stages, which include offers, configuration, pilot installation, assessment of usefulness of Andon system, expansion of Andon system, extension of functionality of Andon system. The article describes in detail the stages of the implementation project of Andon system.
