CONDITIONS, PROCESS AND RESULTS OF AGILE METHODOLOGY DEPLOYMENT AS AN ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE IN ICT COMPANIES

Abstract

The paper is focused on conditions, process and results of the organizational change due to the introduction of new project management methodology. After literature review, the multiple case study of the ICT companies implementing new agile project management methodology is being presented. As the results show, the change of the project management methodology might affect the project success in large and complex ICT projects. Moreover, it might lead to the organizational transformation in technology, methodology, processes, strategy, organization and organizational culture extending competitive advantage of the organization.
