CREATIVITY RISK IN SOFTWARE PROJECTS
Abstract
Creativity risk appears when the goals related to creativity are not achieved or unwanted consequences of using creativity methods take place. This paper deals with creativity risk using dimensions of directed creativity and risk management categories. The results are the lists of threats and risk factors related to creativity. They have been validated and improved with case studies of creativity risk in seven diploma software projects.
