APPLICATION OF MODULAR METHODOLOGY FOR LARGE PROJECTS MANAGEMENT TO EXECUTION OF INDUSTRIAL INSULATIONS

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to present the practical application of the modular methodology for large projects management based on the critical chain method to execution of industrial insulations in one of the Polish conventional power plants. The modular form of the methodology allowed the selection of appropriate modules for planning and implementation of the project. For this purpose the selected modules from the tactical group were used, what has brought significant benefits to the company. The project was successful, and the project efficiency was higher than originally planned.
