CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION POINTS OF QUALITY CONTROL ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LAUNDRY SERVICE

Abstract

The article presents the characteristics of the process in a professional dry cleaning. The target was the identification and description of the essential points of quality control in this type of process. It also presents information on how to formalize actions resulted in the effects of a particular organization providing laundry services.
