PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF ELDERLY PERSONS IN POMERANIA REGION
Abstract
The article discuss the problem of ageing population in Pomerania region and its social and economic consequences, especially on regional labour market. The main aim of the article is to present the situation of elderly on regional labour market and
activities (projects) which have been launched in the region for growth of professional activeness in that social group.
