INNOVATIVE SMEs BY GENDER AND AGE – QUICK IGA PROJECT
Abstract
The article deals with issues of the elders economic activity and women’ entrepreneurship. These questions became more important in the demographic and social changes context. There have been also presented the aims of the international project QUICK IGA, realised as a part of Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007–2013, co-financed by European Regional Development Fund.
