SUPPORT OF ENTREPRENEURIALISM AT DIFFERENT PHASES OF HUMAN LIFE

Abstract

The argument covered in this article is about the forms of entrepreneurialism at different phases of human life. It bases on the examination of progress in resourcefulness from university stage to life of an active professional. The attitude towards managing ones resources by starting up a business is also analyzed. In addition to that, the article covers the point of development of entrepreneurialism in adulthood.

This case study aims to draw attention to programmes and initiatives supporting people of all age groups. Portraying the development in resourcefulness and its paramount impact on ones success in job hunting was essential and found its confirmation in a research carried out on a group of 188 students from University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Furthermore, the article considers opportunities for development among people over the age of 45 which could considerably improve their professional capacity despite their age.
