RANKING THE CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION TECHNIQUES BASED ON THE IDENTIFIES INDICATORS IN IRAN’S AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Abstract

The current study aims at identifying and ranking the creativity and innovation techniques in automotive industry of Iran. Considering the purpose of the research, the current study is practical and in terms of method it is a descriptive-survey one. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and to confirm its validity and reliability, content analysis and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were used, respectively. Fuzzy TOPSIS technique was used to analyze data. The results of the study show that fishbone diagram has been identified as the most important creativity technique in Iran’s automotive industry and creative mutation, nominal group, Delphi, creative visualization and returning to the customer techniques stand in the next ranks.
