YOUTHFULNESS OR MATURITY? WHO DO EMPLOYERS TRUST MORE
Abstract
In the article are discussed the issues related to trust management with particular emphasis on the attributes that characterize trustworthy employees. There are three main categories of employee competencies important for credibility and reputation presented: the style of action, interpersonal relations and personal values. They are the background to show the young (Generation Y) and mature (over 45 years old) employees’ features that determine trust based organization culture.
