Intercultural competences that represent the attitudes towards cooperation with people from other cultures are the important element of preparing students to work at the global market. There are the research results presented that describe the students attitudes towards intercultural diversity teams cooperation. The author focused on the comparison of the Erasmus programme participants and the students who studied only in Poland. The Erasmus group is much more open for such cooperation and their intercultural competence self-assessment is also much higher.
